  • At TRI Fitness, access to your coach is 24/7, not just when you walk through our doors!
  • Support is provided for your training and your fitness sessions outside of your individual training hours.
  • Support is provided to back up the full nutrition support program you will receive as a member of the TRI Fitness Personal Training Group.
