Castor Packing…a simple way to cleanse without going on hunger strike

Do you drink more than 4 units of alcohol per week, every week? Do you or have you ever smoked? Do you eat out more than 3 times per week? Do you need caffeine hit to be able to function? Do you eat more than a palmful of nuts daily? Are you tired? Overweight? Stressed? Constipated?
